Our bodies are incredible. But when things start going wrong, we usually check in with our primary care Doctor. He or she diagnoses us and gives us a drug to fix it. We are back at it without even considering the cause.
I think we may all agree that Americans are lazy regarding their health. It is difficult to prioritize health with work, family commitments, and our numerous daily chores. I am sure, just like me, you have found ways to make shortcuts. The doctor is a shortcut. We put our health in the blind trust of the medical community. I don’t blame you; I did, too. After all, think about how much money and time they put into their education; we have always considered them experts. Until, what they did not want to happen, happens. Dave and I have both experienced this at different stages of dis-ease.
To keep this short and to the point, we have allowed doctors to take away our choices. They provide us with the standard of care. The problem is that not all of us handle those treatments or protocols as they expect us to. Dave still has allopathic options, but currently, I do not.
The fighters, like Dave and me, start spending our time researching other alternatives. Last year, we started a health coaching program called the Pompa Program. Dr. Pompa is a world-renowned Chiropractor who struggled with his health. He has created a system that “fixes the cell to get well.”
You pay for an in-home test, measuring your inflammation load, and a sales manager follows up with you. Then, you decide if you can be committed to changing your diet and lifestyle and if you can accept or handle the program's cost. It is very expensive. But after listening, I knew I needed more help, so Dave and I chose to go through the program together. We were paired with a health coach. We have text, email, website, facebook community access. It is a five-month program that phases you into detoxification but with support. You start with the Prep Phase, go into the Body Phase of detoxing and end with the Brain Phase, which is an on and off detox system, to gently clear and heal your body cells.
We listened to pre-recorded modules. It houses wonderful information and a great education in body healing understanding toxins lurking in your body, food, home, and workplace. You take baby steps through it, but please understand it is a significant commitment. You take a crap ton of supplements while spending a lot of money. However, the bottom line is it helps. This program is a one-stop shop. It brought together much of what Dave and I have been trying to do with support we felt we were missing.
One of the modules we decided was an important choice for us was about cavitation issues in our jawbones. Each tooth is connected to a meridian, correlating to different body parts. For instance, tooth number 26 is connected to the right kidney, uterus, prostate, rectum and anus. Dave has experienced right clear cell kidney cancer, prostate cancer, fishers, and polyps. Coincidence? Dental health is extremely important in cancer care. Sadly, our dentistry system, led by the American Dental Association, is as negligent about alternative care as allopathic providers. Dave had his amalgams removed by a local, so-called biological dentist, who left behind amalgam embedded into his gum. This is poisonous.
As a young teenager, Dave required braces, and he had several teeth pulled. His wisdom teeth were also removed. I had my wisdom teeth removed too. I was told it would stop my headaches (it didn’t). I had my own children’s wisdom teeth removed, ‘crowding, and the threat that the roots would continue to grow into the sinus’ were their concerns. We were never told about possible side effects or the likelihood of bacteria left behind and trapped in the bone that multiply.
The process of learning about cavitation issues begins with a cone beam X-ray. Our local dentist had the capabilities, and they coordinated our care. We sent our scans to Summit View Biological Dentistry in Park City, UT. (The link goes into details about how the surgery is performed.) Dr. Scott Chandler is the primary dentist there. He is known as the Cavitation Whisperer. (We worked with Dr. Geddes from this practice.) Our scans were reviewed over a Zoom call, and they identified our cavitations and sent us an estimate of the needed worst-case scenario care.
Yes, the sticker shock was difficult to get over. But after looking at the Meridian tooth chart and seeing what was likely affecting our health, we chose to make it happen. Surgery was a cakewalk. Recovery, not so easy. Dave had his surgery first. I created a chart of the vitamins and treatments needed. It is and was a lot. You need help. We were on a liquid diet for a few days but then progressed to mashed potatoes in beef broth with vegan mushroom gravy, applesauce, yogurt, etc., and did an easy transition into solid foods after about a week.
On day two, Dave said, “Most of my neuropathy is gone.” Two of his cavitations, can affect the feet and the heart. Yes, his left foot was very numb, and he has had a heart attack. Coincidence? Dave went for another neuropathy evaluation (he has been treated bi-weekly to weekly, then bi-monthly, etc, with poor results). They were shocked at his incredible results. Imagine if the money spent there had been spent on this surgery.
We are a bit over two months post-surgery. I have had a slower recovery. But Dave seems to have a new lease on life. He has more energy than he has had in years. He has been working on his daily home therapies. He usually tries to exercise twice a week while he works in the yard, garden, and repairs to our home and rentals. He has been a fantastic Grandpa to our amazing family. He is swinging a golf club again and is quite proud of himself as he has no pain. He has come a very long way!
You saw his amazing results in his PSMA scan last month. I suspect it is even better now. Lastly, you must make decisions when you are desperate to be more, feel better, and clear the brain fog. Living life in pain, anxiety, fear of your diagnosis, on prescriptions that make you feel like crap is not good enough for us. Living a vicious cycle of highs and lows can leave you finding comfort in a bottle of alcohol or something that numbs the physical or emotional pain. We have to stop this. There is more. We want more, we are more. Please always know that we are here for you, too. Your support amazes us, and it fills our hearts with gratitude. Your comments never go unnoticed. Sometimes, we cannot respond right away, but we love you, thank you, and want you to know that giving up is not an option!
I certainly enjoy your updates. Having dealt with dis-ease for over twenty years now, I am quite familiar with the therapies and treatments you all have done. I am thankful Dave had such good results from the cavitation procedure. I hope that you will have gains soon, too. Best wishes to you! LeAnn
